Fees

The Carey Law Firm, P.A. accepts cases based on several different fee arrangements as outlined below:

Private paying clients have the option of chosing a Flat Fee to cover all costs of representation or a Retainer Fee which is billed at a hourly rate for all work.

If an individual is eligible the Courts can appoint us to represent them either free of charge or at a minimal charge on Juvenile, Criminal and Child Protective matters.

We can also be retained by the Department of Health and Human Services to represent Juveniles in the Department's custody.
