Fees

The Carey Law Firm, P.A. accepts cases based on several different fee arrangements.

If an individual qualifies financially they can apply to have us represent them either free of charge or a reduced rate on Juvenile Defense cases. The individual applies through the Court and an appointment of an attorney is confirmed by the Maine Commission on Indigent Services.

The Carey Law Firm has also been retained by the Department of Health and Human Services to represent Juveniles in the Department's custody.
